If your print has not been produced yet, that should be completed by April 17th so you have time for mistakes / mounting / framing.

If you are getting your work professionally framed or mounted, you should have it dropped off by this date to account for busy production schedules.

SHIPPING / DROP-OFF
MONDAY, JUNE 8 : INTL SHIPMENTS
Give your work plenty of time to get through customs by getting your package(s) in the mail by June 8th.
MONDAY, JUNE 15 : USA SHIPMENTS
Get your work in the mail by the 15th so it has time to arrive by the deadline at the end of the week.

FRIDAY, JUNE 19 : ARTWORK DELIVERY DEADLINE
Work must arrive by this date to allow us time to unpack, make condition reports, note any repairs, and lay out the exhibition in time for install. If work does not arrive by the weekend (and we have not been in touch with you about alternate deliveries, etc), we may have to hold your piece back from the exhibiiton.
FRIDAY, JUNE 26 : EXHIBITION INSTALL
We have professional art handlers come to the space to help us install the work, so everything must be laid out and ready to hang by their arrival. After this, we solidify the order of our price lists, order show cards, and tidy the space in preparation for the opening.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 1 : UNBOUND! EXHIBITION OPENING
Because the opening will be happening on a Wednesday instead of our preferred First Friday time (thanks to July 4th holiday time), we will open up the space from 11-6 for an open-house style event. Artists are welcome to attend.
Note: if you are coming from out of town and trying to choose between the opening reception and the fundraising gala, we’ll always suggest the fundraising gala. It’s our biggest event of the year, with live music, food, activities, and lots of friends old and new. However, we’ll happily host you for the opening and still have a lot of fun!

*Note:The gallery closes for the “season” after the UnBound! exhibition ends. We take time off, get the gallery repainted, floors cleaned, and regroup for the September exhibition openings. If you need work returned immediately after the exhibition, please let us know so we can coordinate that as soon as possible.
